KULI TRADING CARD CO., LTD., operator of EXOPULLS, is committed to transparent and fair service. Our refund policy is outlined below.

Pack Purchases

Once a pack is opened and a graded card is revealed, the purchase cannot be refunded for cash. Cards may be traded on the marketplace, sold back for store credit per platform terms, or redeemed for physical shipping.

Marketplace Purchases

Damaged Shipments

If a physically redeemed card arrives damaged, contact us with proof within 48 hours of delivery at kulitradingcrad652@gmail.com or LINE: @652tbpqn.
